Whatever happened to the ap-paralyzed Café? Excuse my ignorance if it's ongoing. What do we do here for semi-interactive blogging/chatting? I'd like to hang out a while here and get to know folks again.

Circumstances of our sometimes crazy (very enjoyable and safe) lifestyle these days will have me up in my chair for the night. I'll need to queue up a couple of good movies and make sure I weight shifting... but it's nothing I haven't done before. It reminds me of when I was a young guy. One big difference is: I've got the whole next day to recover.

So tell me... anyone up tonight, or up early in Europe/the UK?? Give me a blast!

hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!

Actually, it's out the window -- I am going to bed, more or less directly. My wife has a new job with volatile and crazy hours, till she gets staffing under control and so on. There was a forum here called something like, "Café a paralyzed", where I think people would talk in a more or less chat type environment. I always wanted to go there but never did.

It's funny isn't it, if we depend heavily on others for the basic movements through the typical day (and I mean all the meanings of "movement", literal and otherwise! LOL), how very little is spur-of-the-moment. And when it is, it's someone else's spur!

But one of these days... I'll be here late at night... burning the midnight oil, but not tonight. -- P.
