Well I had my rods and screws taken out yesterday I have waited so long for that to happen had to wait till my medicare kicked in which was March 1. The only thing that sucks about the whole think I have to stay at home for two weeks (no driving) and I am to stay in bed for a few days so I am bored. Scott is such a good man he is my own personal doctor but seriously he has stepped up as a man since my accident 21/2 years ago and he continues to make sure I am okay. I am so lucky.... But if any of you have a funny video or joke to pass along I would appreciate it since I am trying not to be soooo bored. lol :blushing02:

Never Argue with a Woman

One morning the husband returns after several hours of fishing and decides to take a nap. Although not familiar with the lake, the wife decides to take the boat out. She motors out a short distance, anchors, and reads her book.

Along comes a Game Warden in his boat. He pulls up alongside the woman and says, 'Good morning, Ma'am. What are you doing?'

'Reading a book,' she replies, ( thinking , 'Isn't that obvious ? ')

'You're in a Restricted Fishing Area,' he informs her.

'I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing. I'm reading'

'Yes, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment. I'll have to take you in and write you up.'

'For reading a book,' she replies ,

'You're in a Restricted Fishing Area,' he informs her again,

'I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing. I'm reading'

'Yes, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment. I'll have to take you in and write you up.'

'If you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault ,' says the woman.

'But I haven't even touched you,' says the game warden.

'That's true, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment.'

'Have a nice day ma'am,' and he left.

MORAL : Never argue with a woman who reads. It's likely she can also think.

AYE LAD, YORKSHEER JORKS

Yorkshire man takes his cat to the vet.

Yorkshireman: "Ayup, lad, I need to talk to thee about me cat."
Vet: "Is it a tom?"
Yorkshireman: "Nay, I've browt it with us."

A Yorkshiremans dog dies and as it was a favourite pet he decides to have a gold statue made by a jeweller to remember the dog by.

Yorkshireman: "Can tha mek us a gold statue of yon dog?"

Jeweller: "Do you want it 18 carat?"

Yorkshireman: "No I want it chewin' a bone yer daft bugger!"

A Yorkshiremans' wife dies and the widower decides that her headstone should have the words "she were thine" engraved on it.

He calls the stone mason, who assures him that the headstone will be ready a few days after the funeral. True to his word the stone mason calls the widower to say that the headstone is ready and would he like to come and have a look.

When the widower gets there he takes one look at the stone to see that it's been engraved "she were thin". He explodes - bloody 'ell man, you've left the bloody "e" out, you've left the bloody "e" out!

The stone mason apologises and assures the poor widower that it will be rectified the following morning. Next day comes and the widower returns to the stone mason - "There you go sir, I've put the "e" on the stone for you".

The widower looks at the stone and then reads out aloud -

"E, she were thin".

Bloke from Barnsley with a sore backside asks chemist "Nah then lad, does tha sell arse cream?"
Chemist replies "Aye, mate, magnum or cornetto?"

A Scottish couple decided to go to Spain to thaw out during a particularly icy winter. They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier. Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Glasgow and flew to Barcelona on Thursday, with his wife flying down the following day. The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an email to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email. Meanwhile, somewhere in Blackpool , a widow had just returned home from her husband's funeral. He was a minister who died following a heart attack. The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from relatives and friends. After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted. The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My Loving Wife Subject: I've Arrived Date: October 16, 2008 I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones. I've just arrived and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you then! Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was. P.S. F***ing hot down here!

i can't believe that after seeing this topic i was so excited about my corny little joke, and the first person's reply i read has the exact same one i was going to write!!! lol the couple going on vacation......wow, okay...

well...i have a bunch of those old, old blonde jokes???

skip if you've heard.....

Three blondes are on their way to walt disney world. Driving down the highway they see a sign that reads "walt disney world, left"...so they pull over and turn around to head back home....

Why did the blonde get fired from the m&m factory? She got caught throwing away all the W's.

What does a bear bottle and a blonde have in common? They are both empty from the neck up!

What kind of blonde is a smart one? A golden retriever!

What kind of a blonde has one brain cell? A pregnant one.

What do you call a bunch of blondes standing in a row? A wind tunnel.

What about a bunch of blondes on top of each other? An air mattress.

What does a blonde consider safe sex? A headboard.

A blonde, a brunette, and a red head are trying out for the last spot on the swimming olympic's team. For their last swim the coach tells them they will be doing the breaststroke. He blows the whistle and they all take off. 45 seconds later here comes the brunette w/ the red head just half a second behind. He tells them great job, hit the showers. After a few long minutes the blonde crawls out of the water, saying to the coach out of breath, "sir, i'm not usually a tattle tail, but those women were using their arms!!"

A blonde, a brunette, and a red head have run out of gas out in a desert ( ihave no idea why they were there). They all decide they must walk and leave the car, and all agree to carry one thing that could help save their lives. So the brunette takes a bottle of water, the red head grabs the food, and the blonde pulls the car door off and starts to drag it along. After just a few steps the other girls couldn't help but to ask why she would do such an ignorant thing.....she replies, " duh, i brought the car door so when it gets too hot i can roll down the window!"..... I know soooo stupid, but entertaining, sort of....

Three men are abandoned in a desert. They trip over a lamp, rub it, and out pops a genie. But the genie is special and says, " I can only grant you each one wish. Use it wisely." The first man says," I wish i was an eagle to i could fly away from here." poof, the man turns into an eagle....the second man says, " i wish i was cheetah so i could run away from here.." poof, the man turns into a cheetah....the third man is so excited as he's fixing to just wish he was back at home and thinking how much smarter than the others that he was, when he tripped over a rock and said, " shit!!" and POOF! he turns to a pile of sh#%!!

A husband and wife are fueding like crazy. They hate each other and have had it. The man takes a walk and stumbles over a lamp. Out pops a genie. The genie says, " i will grant you 3 wishes, BUT whatever you wish for, your wife will get twice as much!!" Thinking this is awesome, but totally unfair that man starts his wishes.....i wish i had a mercedes benz, poof, there it was....poof, poof, she had two. The he says, " i wish it was filled w/ money!" poof, it was.... poof, poof, so were hers.....he thinks long and hard about his 3rd and final wish.... " I WANT YOU TO BEAT ME HALF TO DEATH!!!" POOF, he was, then poof, poof......goes his wife....

I know, i know, but they are the cleanest ones i could think of....

Hope you feel better soon!!!!!!!

Sipping her drink, the single girl leered and said, "Last Friday at the end of the work day I went to my boyfriend's office wearing a leather coat. When all the other people had left, I slipped out of it and all I had on was a leather bodice, black stockings and stiletto heels. He was so aroused that we made passionate love on his desk right then and there!"

The engaged woman giggled and said, "That's pretty much my story! When my fiancé got home last Friday, he found me waiting for him in a black mask, leather bodice, black hose and stiletto pumps. He was so turned on that we not only had sex all night, he wants to move up our wedding date!"

The married woman put her glass down and said, "I did a lot of planning. I made arrangements for the kids to stay over at Grandma's. I took a long scented-oil bath and then put on my best perfume. I slipped into a tight leather bodice, a black garter belt, black stockings and six-inch stilettos. I finished it off with a black mask. When my husband got home from work, he grabbed a beer and the remote, sat down and yelled, 'Hey, Batman, what's for dinner?'"

I don't think our kids know what an apron is.

The principal use of Grandma's apron was to protect the dress underneath, because she only had a few,it was easier to wash aprons than dresses and they used less material, but along with that, it served as a potholder for removing hot pans from the oven.

It was wonderful for drying children's tears, and on occasion was even used for cleaning out dirty ears.

From the chicken coop, the apron was used for carrying eggs, fussy chicks, and sometimes half-hatched eggs to be finished in the warming oven.

When company came, those aprons were ideal hiding places for shy kids.

And when the weather was cold grandma wrapped it around her arms.

Those big old aprons wiped many a perspiring brow, bent over the hot wood stove.

Chips and kindling wood were brought into the kitchen in that apron.

From the garden, it carried all sorts of vegetables.

After the peas had been shelled, it carried out the hulls.

In the fall, the apron was used to bring in apples that had fallen from the trees.

When unexpected company drove up the road, it was surprising how much furniture that old apron could dust in a matter of seconds.

When dinner was ready,Grandma walked out onto the porch, waved her apron, and the menfolks knew it was time to come in from the fields to dinner.

It will be a long time before someone invents something that will replace that 'old-time apron' that served so many purposes..

REMEMBER:

Grandma used to set her hot baked apple pies on thewindow sill to cool. Her granddaughters set theirs on the window sill to thaw.

They would go crazy now trying to figure out how many germs were on that apron.

I don't think I ever caught anything from an apron.

Love this!!

I'll take your word for it E

A nun's walking down the street when all of a sudden a drunk runs up and starts beating the shit out of her. After she's on the ground bloody and bruised the drank stands over her and says "I thought you'd be tougher than that, batman!"

Irish Coffee

An Irish woman of advanced age visited her physician to ask his advice in reviving her husband's libido.

'What about trying Viagra?' asked the doctor.

'Not a chance', she said. 'He won't even take an aspirin.'

'Not a problem,' replied the doctor. 'Give him an 'Irish Viagra'. It's when you drop the Viagra tablet into his coffee. He won't even taste it.. Give it a try and call me in a week to let me know how things went.'

It wasn't a week later when she called the doctor, who directly inquired as to her progress. The poor dear exclaimed, 'Oh, faith, bejaysus and begorrah!
T'was horrid! Just terrible, doctor!'

'Really? What happened?' asked the doctor.

'Well, I did as you advised and slipped it in his coffee and the effect was almost immediate. He jumped straight up, with a twinkle in his eye and with his pants a-bulging fiercely! With one swoop of his arm, he sent me cups and tablecloth flying, ripped me clothes to tatters and took me then and there passionately on the tabletop! It was a nightmare, I tell you, an absolute nightmare!'

'Why so terrible?' asked the doctor, 'Do you mean the sex your husband provided wasn't good?'

'Feckin jaysus, 'twas the best sex I've had in 25 years! But sure as I'm sittin here, I'll never be able to show me face in Gloria Jean's again!'

Why don't blind people skydive?

It scares the hell out of their dogs!
