Towards the end of last year somebody asked if anybody used a toning machine for there ABS

Well I had lost a lot of abdominal muscel strength the last 2yrs
Couldn't do sit ups and couldn't stretch out of my chair without falling out

Logic says, no nerves, loose muscel power

So I bought one and tried it
I have no electrical implants
Remember we are all differant - so this is just my experiance talking, not someone elses

For the last 10wks I have used it for a hour - 4 evenings a week
I can now do a rolling sit up as opposed to a pull me push me up on something
My posture has improved
Although the main sensation is under the pads there is some buttuck and thigh movement happening which may mean some regain of bum muscel (nothin yet though)
No I havn't developed a rolling muscular abdomen
My heart hasn't gone into a flutter
I use the cheapest hair gel instead of the expensive electrical gel pack

It's a Bodi Tek AB+Back belt from ARGOS £50
There are others but this was my choice and this my experiance to date

LOL

Hi DD seems like this is working for you, as you say what works for one will not work for another. Good luck with it and any little improvement is great no matter how small :mfrlol:

Hi Clara
There are differant belts and the choice is yours
I chose a belt that covers the biggest area
If anyone does choose to try it please remember that the cost of electrolite gel is expensive and that I find that the cheapest hair gel works just as well
Maybe in 11 weeks time someone else will post their experiance

DD-If you have a hairy belly does it now look professionally styled?

No I don't have a hairy belly, so it don't need styling, or waxing
As for the spare tyre, it's still there
Due to beer and food , I expect it will always to be there
Come to think about it
If you got 2 spare tyres, you'd have to get a extension velcro belt too
Don't know if I can improve on what I've gained, let you know in another 12 wks

I don't have a huge belly, but it's getting bigger by the year. Did the belt help with your digestion/crapping?
