Anyone seen a good movie lately??? Weather is lousy in Buffalo today....cold and pouring rain, and yet midweek it was 50's with beautiful sunshine....go figure!

Anyway, I need movie suggestions....theather or something new and exciting from the video store. Comedies preferred!

Help free us from boredom! :(

I watched a couple movies last week, Old Dogs was funny. 2012 was good, too. Oh, and Planet 51 was alright. Not too sure whats good in theaters though.

Do you like Sci-Fi? I LOVED "District 9". I didn't know anything about it, so was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

Thanks for the ideas.

"Old Dogs" were all out, guess it must be pretty good Jesse!
We ended up watching "The Other Man".....not too bad!

Never heard of "District 9" but I'll check it out, thanks!

'Held Up' - didn't really know what to expect when we rented this, totally hilarious.

Can vouch for 'District 9' also. Not exactly comedic, but one of the best movies I've seen for a while. You've gotta like sci fi action though.

Also, 'Last King of Scotland'. Been out for a while, but also one of the best movies I've seen. The scene in the duty free shop towards the end is a bit confronting but whEn you consider what a lot of us here have been through it's not that bad.
