hi my husband was in a motorcycle accident in dec.. he broke L1 he also has two broken arms so he is not aloud to do any weight barring on his legs yet.. his arms are healing well and has been to 2 weeks of arm theraphy to start strectching out the muscles, etc..

Does anybody know a good website of range of motions exercises for his legs? I have been doing just basic ones but want to increase the motions. but i am afraid i am going to strecth or pull something the wrong way?

His legs are also very senstive above the knee? it feels like pins and needles r going into him. anyway to help in this matter?

http://www.physiotherapyexercises.com/

Once you enter the site you can tailor the regime to suit the level of injury, also, pins and needles usually dictates poor circulation.

Once is usually enough, once he gets the use of both arms back he can work away and do his own movements.
