I have had pains in the left side of my stomach for years finally gave up and visited the doctor, the pain was stabbing and in the end started to make me wince. I could have had tests but the doctor and I both agreed to take the easy option and try antibotics and fybogel. The doctor suggested it was:-

The antibotics and one fybogel have worked for me.

If in doubt go to the doctors if its an apendix problem dont take chances.
If I fall out of my wheelchair in the woods would anybody hear me?
