Dear Members,

I'm sorry to have to tell you, that one of our members, Susi passed away from a lung embolus on the 5th March 2010.

She and her husband knew each other for 15 years, she had the accident 7 years ago and they were married on the 8th April 2006.

I'm sure all our thoughts will be with her family, and husband Lionel at this difficult time.

Simon.

I did not know her but I think of this group as FAMILY and when something happens to one of our members it really hits home.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and husband.

One thing disability brings is finding so many special people and sadly losing so many.

Pass on my condolences Simon.

Sincere condolences to her family in this sad time.

She gave some good advice to a few disgruntled newcomers here, and made me laugh out loud once with a story of how she'd gotten away with something just because she was in a wheelchair. She had a lovely smile. She'll be remembered and missed.
