A: Russia, Germany, Canada, Ukraine

B: Slovakia

C: Argentina, Romania, Bosnia and Herzagovina and Serbia

I know that in terms of medals, Russia was the big winner: altogether, its athletes won 38 medals, 12 of them gold. Its closest rival, Germany, won 24.

As for the word loser, I think if you've made it as far as the Paralympics, you're still a winner, with or without a chunk of metal around your neck!
