Any Recommendations For Doctors And Therapists In Southeast France?

Hi

I'm helping a friend who has recently become paralyzed from the mid-chest down due to a tumor and inflammation pressing on his spine. He needs to move out of the hospital and wants to use private home care yet is not getting any help in finding a good person/service. Does anyone have any recommendations? Either a person (nurse/physical therapist) or a referral service. He lives west of Avignon in southeast France.
