im 15 years old, and have been disabled since i was 6 months old and i was wondering if anyone had great workout tips for abs. im a T7 i believe, and im paralyzed from the chest down. (for all the girls out there) it is bathing suit season and my self confidence level needs to increase so i feel as if i need to get my waist inshape. so if anyone has any advice or tips, please reply. thank you.
