You've finished at the spinal unit and then what do you do ..................

Your GP knows nothing, your local physio knows nothing, your local gym looks at you like you came from another planet......... I know from my own experiences!!!

Standing Start near Cambridge provides the type of exercise rehab programmes developed at Project Walk and other places in the USA.
