Hi all

Can anyone advise me on the best way to get in and out of my w?c from a position on the ground.

You might find some ideas by searching for "wheelchair transfer" in YouTube.

, You'll be amazed what you can locate on there
I found loads under para transfers, so I'd presume you should find the same under quad or tetra transfers.
Good luck, I've tried and tried, and still can't get off the floor !
