I have just stripped and cleaned my ZRA took me ages gave me a chance to check it all over and get a good look at the wear and tear that had been going on but I was very very pleased to find that nothing was worn or broken just mucky LOL and it has been awhile since I have done anything with it, I changed the COG and back position while i was at it as I found I seemed to be reaching too far back to get a good push on the wheel its been like that for ages but I was too lazy to change it lol.
Any way just letting any one know that is thinking of the ZRA as a choice of chair it is the best choice I have made and I am sure it will give me plenty more years of use with no hassle and I don't really take it easy with it either.
Take care

This is so funny. I just did the exact same thing with mine last night. I changed my COG and my backrest. I was out there on my front porch with a bowl of soapy water and an old toothbrush! It looks like a new chair again!
Love my ZRa also.
