karen your babies are beautiful. liam is one big baby. wow! i wish you all the best. my sister has twin girls and they are a blast. are your twins identical? it's hard to tell in the photos. my guess is that they aren't but i'll wait on bated breath for your reply.
aren't both of you in a w-c? will your mother be staying with you for long? i used a velcro strap to hold my babies in my lap and i used a car seat stroller which worked very well you just put the baby who's alreay in his car seat right on the stand and away you go. i'm sure you have worked out a lot of this by now. the fun has just begun. just wait until they walk. you are in for it.
best wishes,

My guys are definitely not identical! James is blond, blue eyes and very fair. Liam is the exact opposite - dark brown hair (and lots of it), brown eyes and darker completion. They both have different shaped feet (James has big toes and feet and Liam has smaller toes and feet), different ears as well (James' ears stick out a bit and Liam's are flatter against his head). I'm sure all their life they are going to get: "You're brothers!!" and then the exclamation - "You're TWINS!!"
Both my hubby and I are in wheelchairs. I'm an L3/4 para and he's a C5/6ish quad. My mom actually lives right down the street from us, so she's always there to babysit and help out when we need her. But most of the day hubby & I are by ourselves with the guys. She only really comes and helps at night and if we're going to travel somewhere and need to take the ginormous stroller. When the guys get a bit older and can sit up more unassisted, we might try a strap thing for hubby to be able to hold a baby on his lap. I'm pretty good at pushing one handed and holding a baby, although I like to use the baby bjorn if I'm going for a longer distance, like a push around the neighborhood.
Totally freaking out about the walking stage and also the crawling stage. We're just going to have to baby gate our whole house! EEK!!!
