it wasnt me, i didnt do it, no one saw me so they cant prove a thing!

Apparently, he's is a retired fisherman who lives in Brazil and he doesn’t have both legs and one arm. He adapted a Yamaha 125cc into his wheelchair and started using it on the road, until the police stopped him!

Would they rather he used it on the sidewalks??? I was trying to get a look at how he steered that sucker,, might need to know that soon.
