Hey guys,
I have got into lifting weight and have really enjoyed the benefits, one reason I started though was to be able to stay in a manual chair for as long as I can. I’m a c7 with perhaps unusual function. however, I can feel my shoulders sometimes being sores and slight pain, don’t work them in the gym, but have been tring to figure out workouts to build the opposite muscle that usually is the reason the shoulder problem.
Anyone have any info on this???

have to exercise your rotator cuffs. they're movement and stability muscles. They will help stabilise your shoulders.
Ignore them and your sure to have a blowout at some time.
