Hey all my name is debbie im 19 years old and I had my accident a year ago on June 6th 2009 Im a C5 complete quad. I would love to get to know everyone on here.

Welcome Deb,,, I happy for you that you found this place,,, it has been of immeasurable help to me,, both with information and more importantly,, a place to interact with people who KNOW where I'm coming from.

I think you'll like it, too,,, just don't take anybody too seriously till you get to know them. We can be a bit unruly, now and then. Read,, talk,, enjoy,,,, glad you're here.

Welcome to the mad house !
Apart from the huge libray of info here, the greatest assett are the users themselves. You'll always find some one willing to offer helo/advice on practically anything.!!
Just remember that if you ask about pain, everyone is different in what and how they feel/sence things. No two persons are the same, regardless of same injuries.

All the best, never be shy, just speek your mind, Oh, make sure you fill in as nuch info you can about yourself ont he profile page. It does make life alot easier when responding to a question - post - forum.heers for now,

hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!

Hi Deb!
Paraplegic with Spina Bifida. Sensory and function level is T8. T11-L5 fusion 1993. Laminectomy and decompression T10 2006. Spinal fusion T8-T12 with instrumentation Feb 2007. Moderate kyphoscoliosis. Taking 75mg Lyrica 3xday for neuropathic pain.

Hey girl. I'm also 19. My accident was 2 years ago though. I'm a c6 incomplete. This site has done wonders for me. Hope to see you around often. :)

Hi Debbie. When treating in rehabilation center, all disabled friends are chatting in the eveninig. This provide to understand my disability . I also had a lot of friends in the center. I resemble this site my center.
I hope you are happy in this site.
