This may be a late question, considering I'm headed to San Fransisco Embarcadero YMCA-Quad Rugby pick up games July 10, 2010 12:30-4:00 p.m. :wheelchair:

Hoping for any kind of advice, concerning the game, what to bring and what to prepare for? Keep in mind all I know is what I've learned from the movie Murderball and paralympicsports.tv< Up to date para. and quad sports. I've never been to a live QR game. Any insight would be great.

hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!
