No suggestions just sympathy 40 years C-7 T-1 incomplete also have syrinx no surgery severe stenosis in 4-5 no surgery yet they are reluctant to do surgery because of damage from original injury also fluid comes back pain increases.

I am also experiencing pain in arms shoulders and left side of back, take Lyrica 75 x 3 a day and noticing it is getting worse. lots of sympathy for you. breathing excercises and yoga are suppose to work but takes alot of concentration.
