Does anyone know of any telecommute positions open or jobs in DC area?

I'll trade my spare cushion 14" x 16" Roho for an interview. Or freshly baked cookies?

I'm that desperate, yes. But also quite serious.

Resume available upon request.

Gabe! How did you get set up with that?

I'm up for anything...it is no longer a matter of interest.

I've mainly had experience in writing/editorial, that can really be useful in any industry..

Been searching in media, communications, PR, publishing, but am open to anything with consideration.

I'm interested too!:)
I'm currently in school, just returned actually, to obtain my degree in corporate communications. I'd love to hear what you or your company has to offer, if anything. Thanks!

I sort of fell into it but there are a lot of entrepreneurial consulting ideas online. If you know about social media, self-branding, site building, etc., you can basically create your own virtual consulting firm.

PS: I can't bake BUT I can help get you set up

Try getting in contact with your local Vocational Rehab center. They help you with finding work and will do home and office mods as well as help you set up a vehicle for you to drive.

I hope this helps.......if so I'll take my payment in cookies please lol.

I had an interview down in DC back in May. It was for a research assistant at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, but I didn't get the job (i didn't have much experience and it was open to masters and phd candidates). I got the interview through USAJobs.gov; they had a hiring event back in april http://www.usajobs.g...gEventFAQs.asp. So it seems that the gov't is inclined to hire or at least interview people with disabilities.
