Hi my name is Russell I got hurt in Aug 04 due to my doc my origanal injury was at L5 but has gotten worse due to swelling of the cord now i am T7 no one knows whats going on... I am fine with being this way if they could figure out my pain and worsening loss of function don't want it to get to far out of control.. Well back on track so the doc put a screw in wrong and then went back in two months later to try and fix it and cut though the dura and put me in icu for a week I was in the army when all this happened. I am 29 was 23 at the time I live in the small town of Panguitch Utah for now looking at moving to Oklahoma in June next year. I am very fortunate to have found this site everyone is very helpful and kind on here made a few friends and hope to make a lot more sorry for rambling on and thank you for listening...

ehem, my dear Beverly. You know perhaps the maths saying: "quod erat demonstrandum" - "what was to be proved"? Yes, it is such a pleasure to have you here - yes, it is!

Jenny, perfectly sane in fact (or is she?) :tease:

I'm sorry to hear that Army medicine has once again lived up to its reputation. I went to sick call once, where I overheard one of the doctors say that the military was the only place he could practice medicine, because he couldn't get his license. Scary.

But that is beside the point. Welcome to the group.
