Is this the same one that was going around last year, here? Topperf was posting it around then. I noticed that the earlier signers were from 2008, so I was just wondering, as I signed his, then. I don't rermember what number I was and don't feel right about signing the same one again, as that negates the whole point of a petition.

If this is a different one, I'll gladly sign it.
