I have always been told to write what I know but what happens when you know nothing about what you are writing. Currently I am writing a story that I think will be very interesting. It is about two people from two very different backgrounds who come together in a difficult time in both their lives. The male character in this story is going to be a victim of SCI. I thought this website could be a big help contributing to my story. All that I am asking is for real people to share with me what they have gone through. Basically an interview. If you would be so kind to share with me the details of your story then I would truly appreciate it. Please believe I am not going to rip off your story and one day you are going to run across it in some cheesy novel. I want to inspire and enlighten while entertaining. I want every idea in this story to be mine again all I am asking for are details such as the different types of treatments, physical therapy, and even if those who have SCI are alone do they hire someone like a physical therapist or nurse to take care of them. I'm just trying to make sure all the facts in my story are correct so I don't look like an idiot. Hopefully, everyone will learn something by reading my story even me. I will remember those of you who share when it is time to list those who contribute to this story. Thank You!
