Hello - Looking for an accessible hotel in Cambridge (UK!!) for 4th September. Struggling with the hotel booking sites which don't give telephone numbers or proper details of accessibility. Posted Image

Anyone any experience of workable hotels in central cambridge, please?

Thanks, Guido.

Its a nightmare, I now reluctantly stick to places like Premier Inn, Express by Holiday Inn and Travelodge. I would like to go a little bit upmarket but you can't depend on or find access details.

Yes, at least when Premier Inn muck up you can use the price guarantee and get your money back!

Have you had a look at Late Rooms? This is what a quick search brought up http://www.laterooms...d-access-hotels If you look under hotel facilities many of them seem like they could be a winner!

Hi - thanks for the comments here. In the end, we've had an availability in the college that the event is being held at. So it's actually as good as we could hope for. Don't think that my solution answers the question for others wanting to stay overnight in Cambridge though. So anyone else coming across this thread with inside info, please continue to share for others here.

One thing that would make all these posts better, is if anyone is recommending based on their own stay somewhere, ADD PHOTOS (am about to add some on an Amsterdam thread, as we just had a great weekend there for a friend's wedding).
