Hi guys not been here for several months been busy moving from a basement flat to a bungalow. Flat sale took eight months.....8 months for the legal stuff that is. it was terrible.
Anyhow anyone tried Tai Chi for chronic pain, as there are some classes/courses close by for those that suffer with chronic pain issues and its possible to do sitting down. Hope its not too hard as my arms are weak and I cant raise them high etc, but hell it may be worth a try
