Why when I am in my chair without shoes on do my legs cross over each other?
It is always my right foot going behind my left foot and both move across to the right side?
It's almost like I'm twisted in my chair except when I move I feel twisted?
Thanks, Ryan.

You have to go to take a pee?
Seriously though, it sounds like a form of spasm. Are you stretching your legs regularly?

My therapist told me that when things are "trying" to work that the muscles that make our legs scissor are stronger and that is why many people's feet will criss cross when trying to take a step. It is like they overcompensate. So, maybe it is a form of spasm and those muscles are too hyper?

I as good as never stretch my legs to be honest, will go on a standing frame occasionally and they get a bit of a stretch when I bum up and down stairs on occasion but other than that...
They've done it for quite a while but I finally decided to actually ask on here.
Cheers for the replies.
