Hi Just wondered if any of you guys have ever been on holiday with the DISABLED ACCESS HOLIDAYS company.
We are all set to fly for the first time ever to Puerto Pollensa in majorca. And we have had a few hic ups from this travel company.
First off we got our plane tickets with someone elses letter enclosed. Then we were told they would post the keys for the appartment out to us 3 weeks before we are due to travel, they didn't arrive, phoned them and they said they would post them 2 weeks before, no keys 2 weeks before. Rang again and they said they would post them 1 week before we travel. All sounding rather dodgy. insisted we have the keys now, and they said ok we will post them today.
We fly on the 31st August.
I have read reviews on their website but they could be fixed I suppose.
Just need some reasurance.
cheers
