Hello everyone,
I'm new to this site, I have spasticity due to having a stroke, my spasticity affects my left side arm and leg, can not open my left hand it stays in a clinched fist position, left foot turns inward, I can walk with a limp, the reason I'm here is to get advice from those of you whom have had the itb pump put in, I have already went through the test, and saw some decrease in tone, scheduled to have the surgical implant on May 1 2006, but after reading some of the post here I starting to have doubts if I should or not, are the complications common with the surgery?

Well, I am guessing you had the implant? I have not been checking the site lately. I have not been well. It is hard to kow how it will affect people, but if you got some sort of response, the dose can be adjusted to fit individual needs. LA
