C 5/6 inc. having care providers do intermittent cath. various hrs of the night. It various because of spontaneous leakage. I usually cath. around mid-night/void about 300 cc, cath. again between 2 or 3 a.m/usually void around 400 cc, but lately anywhere from 60 cc to 250 cc then void anywhere from 5 a.m to 8 a.m. This is when I usually void a good amount, 400 cc to 600 cc. It's just so spontaneous and I drink 1750 cc of water and 250 cc of OJ/DAY. Sometimes during the middle of the night I void 400 to 500 cc in one cath. I'm also on Detrol and I still get bladder spasms through out the day. I feel the urgency to urinate through out the day as well, it comes and go's. No accidents through the day only at night. Forgive me for being all over the place, so frustrating.

Ruling out the possibility of a water infection I've been given tips such as reduce fluid intake 3 hours before bed and also you can get botox in your bladder to stop it voiding so soon xx

Time to talk to the doc that prescribed you the Detrol. You may need an increase or perhaps try another med in the same class. I take Detrol for over active bladder and let me tell you I was a slave to the process of voiding until I went on the Detrol. But like anything else what works for one does not necessarily work for the other so talk to the doc and see what they say.
