SO I got my sweat problem checked out by a doctor.. He say's he doesn't know what is wrong and to come back in 1 month.. I wouldn't really mind too much about this problem except my erection's have gone away as well. Even after my accident I have been able to get erection's, but since this sweating has occured I cannot even come close.. Not in the slightest. Is it possible im actually getting worse losing MORE function even though im 3 year's post? Or did I just stretch the wrong way and pull a muscle I dont know about? Is this normal? Will this go away or will I just continue sweating and have to live without erections for the rest of my life?

yup. I had this same prob awhile back. I now take propantheline and oxybutynin which combined have completely solved the problem of random sweating and no erections. the propantheline is a kind of drying agent and the oxy helps control bladder. ask ur doc about them, they may or may not work. peace.

Thank you for the advice. But Im still trying to figure out why all of this is starting almost 3 years yrs post. I think the blood test is a good idea too.

last time I was in the hospital I started just pouring sweat off my face and neck and I have never had much sweating even above my injury, I told the doctor about it for a few days and all he could say was it must be my SCI causing it, they wanted to send me home and I knew something was wrong. I was in my chair ready to go when the nurse came in and told me I was not going anywhere, turns out they had got a blood coulture back and they had given me MRSA during my stay, after a month of iv antibiotics the sweating stopped thankfully. I guess what I'm trying to say is get in and get checked out, and don't let them tell you its normal.
