 My honey was in a car accident on March 6th 2010. He was injured at the C5-6 level and is an incomplete injury. It has almost been 7 months and Kyle can feel his entire body. He has better hand function then he first did...a little thumb wiggling and hot and cold temp feeling has returned in his thumb muscle. His PT says every muscle in his legs from his gluts to his hamstrings have contractions when he tries to move them and Kyle is able to sit and balance for 20 mins at the most. Just wanted to give a little update on my baby and show you a few pics. I'm so proud of him!

It is all about positive support, so keep celebrating each improvement however small. It makes a huge difference in the recovery process. Good going!!

Keep it up with the manual wheelchair. You'll be amazed at how good he will get. I'm teacing myself to do wheelies in mine. Pretty neat stuff. It happened by accident as I was speeding really fast to a place and I gave myself a huge heave with the wheels and I nearly tipped back-over. Wow! Now I'm doing it on purpose to see how good I can get.

Nice video.
