Hi Irene
I'm going for a check up in June to stoke mandeville, after 4 years! I asked my local doctor to refer me because i have'nt heard a dickbird from them since my initial admission so i thought it was about time just in case there is anythng wrong with my bladder/bowels.
I'm bookd in for an abdomen x-ray, kidney scan, and mri L scan let you know how i get on
should they contact people or leave it to us to arrange follow-ups? dom

If I had the choice, I'd go Stanmore any day of the week.

C-5 Incomplete, Diving Accident in Mexico. Walking with crutches, In controlled pain !

Because I've had friends at both units and one (stanmore) I've seen first hand and know its a top spinal unit, smaller and just...sound.
The other, I've heard all sorts of stories (most bad) and it the biggest, not always bad I know but from my perspective... Stanmore... Who knows, I may be wrong ?
