In these days, I am so nervous due to swelling of my knee. I feel worried about falling down when walking. That is realy bad situation for me.

Knee and hip problems can actually be coming from the back - see an othopeadic surgeon maybe?

As for falling - I can do this everytime I go out - havnt get - nearly had a few close hits - just drag the leg along when it plays up and get home as quick as you can and rest up. I do. No need to become a prisoner of fear of what ifs :) maybe take the meds as described below - nurofen and paracetamol combined used to do the trick for me. Oh and side step when walking down slopes, stronger leg first - it balances ya :)

I found what causes swelling of my knee. Yesterday, I noticed red blotch on back of my knee. When went out swimming pool, I hit my leg edge of the pool. But I didn't feel any pain. Probably this caused. Especially in evening, I have knee locking problem. So I am worried about falling down. This morning swelling decreased. I use an oinment related to swelling. Thanks all friends for advices.
