This wheelchair is like new. It was used mostly indoors. My husband's grandmother used it to go up and down the hall from bed to the chair in the living room and some doctor appointments. It is highly manuverable and has a special suspension that allows for a smooth ride. This is the high back chair model. The seat and footrest are both fully adjustable. The Quickie Prelude is manufactured by Sunrise Medical. You can find new ones on the internet for $3500 to $5000. We are asking $1000 OBO

Please contact Joe 678-895-8343

• To insure against whining, the Prelude is outfitted with special low gear-ratio motors that reduce motor noise to a quiet purr.

This is the seller. I wanted to state that I am selling this for my husbands grandfather and after listing it on Craig's list and getting a bunch of scam replys, I was looking for a better option that would not attact scam artist. I think this might be a better option, but I have to be honest, I don't know anything about the needs of people with spinal cord injury. I was telling a friend that I know this chair is approrpriate for someone who is older but I am not sure this makes sense for spinal cord injury because I just don't know. So if you are reading this and have some advice, please tell me if this is not something that will be of interest on this site.

I will also be honest and say I don't know how much to ask for it. I know the new price and I know most people are covered by insurance so they don't have to pay full price. I know we can donate it and get a tax deduction but if someone can use it and get it for less because we sell it, then I think that is better all around.

Please feel free to give me your thoughts.

Thanks
