Looking at the information and giving it my best quess
Its a 48 volt lithium battery powering a pan motor in the front wheel with projector lighting system
If the frame is lightweight it should do 30mph min on the flat
Looks over engineered
Could have had single fork at front and no front disc brake, ramp/suspension - I reserve my judgment
Interseting shopping buggy

but it is pretty cool, so the motor is on the front wheel? looks like alot of effort to make it for sure.......wonder what the speed and distance is........... i do like how he round holders hold the rear wheels on the chair, does look like its not a speeder, i get 75 or so out of my hog, but thats from lack of motor, with stock 1200 77 hog motor........4 speed, which if i updated the motor/ trans it would fly but 75 is fast enough for me but would like to get more out of mine as far as torch for hills and the like, mines a tank! the translation works pretty good, thanks, so it will do 50 km with 2 batteries, but i didnt see the speed! i'd get run over over here, probably do good i guess in japan......looks fun to play with though, huh..........alot of engineering did go into this, but the price scare u to death.......

Saw this neat little scooter conversion in Amsterdam - took a photo thinking of you all! And he was only too happy to pose!
He could walk a bit with crutches. Don't know what his disability was though. SCI or something else.
