Can You Change The Camber In Your Wheels?

hey guys

i just ordered a new chair (the quikie q7) but i forgot to tell the guy i didnt want
any camber in my wheels. the chair should be done any day now and i'm wondering if i could
change the camber at home or will i have to send it back?

if they do anything like colours there will be between 3 and 4 degrees of camber "out of the box". it can be changed at home, but with new axels.

if you have no camber, you have no balance. It's much like standing (when we could) with our feet shoulder width apart. if our feet are together we have very little balance, but with feet shoulder width apart the center of gravity gets lower, hence better balance.

I have a Quickie and I'm pretty sure you can order axle inserts that are set at whatever degree of camber you want.

You should have some degree of camber.
Contact the company and they may be able to send you the right insert.
