Banking cord blood??

Hi everyone,

My fiance is a paraplegic and we are trying for our second child. I thought about banking cord blood when our son was born, but didn't. I really want to do it with our next child, and I was wondering has anyone heard the possibilities of cord blood (and the stem cells it contains) in dealing with paralysis?
