Help Seeked With Wheelchair

Looking for some help, My wife is disabled and we would like to purchase a very lightweight wheelchair i was hoping someone on the forum could help with,i am looking for one that is very very lightweight something in the region of 5-9kgs including the foot rests,must collapsable for trasit in cars,planes.
The one i have at the moment is Lomax which weighs 23kgs had it from new and still in good condition [if anyones interested in it]only used for hoildays.

Check with TiLite about their folding-model chairs... You will probably be able to find something and you can order push handles with that chair...
