If there are any paras in the Conroe, Tx area I would like to get to know you. Maybe I can find someone who shares likes to do things with. I have a handicap accessible pontoon boat on Lake Conroe and would be happy to take someone fishing with us. My wife is abled bodied and wants to help also. My wife and I also like to shoot our bows and arrows if you want to learn or do it already.

I have a wealth of knowledge to share with anyone in Texas about getting support, how to get around some of the HMO obsticles, etc.

Write me sometimes or e-mail me at crappieman@consolidated.net

Hi Toni, I would be glad to take you and your mom out on the lake for some fishing. I wished I knew some others to visit with here locally myself. All I do is work at home and look forward to weekends to play. Life is not complete without friends. Let me know when you get to town and we can meet. Do you drive? If not I have an accesible van also I can come get yall. E-mail me if you want my phone number crappieman@consolidated.net

Hey Para,..
I'm not in Conroe so I cant take you up on the offer but I did want to ask if you knew about http://www.turningpointnation.org/
If so, stop reading now.
If not, it came to mind when reading your post because there's a bunch of the 'good old texas boys' that come out for it (all over the state) and it really is a good way to network. Check it out, on the website there is a link to the right "Gulf Coast Division" thats your hood.

Thanks for that link. I didn't know about them but they seem to be offing a lot to wheelchair users. Problem is their chapters are farther than I feel comfortable traveling but do apprecviate the thought.
