on the left side, sometimes the back of the head and often such as now i feel it more on the left side of the face, eyes and tongue. Its not really painful just very nagging and irritating. I take Lyrica 3 x a day (75 mg) so maybe without this there would be pain. I have BSS Brown-Sequard Syndrome (paralysis on the right side but loss of sensation on the left). I took a bad fall last March and have compression of the spinal cord. Are there other people out there that get this tingling vibrating sensation in the head? it really is a little freightening. I think it has to do with pressure on some of the nerves that affect the brain. anyone can give some advice please.

Not sure but it might be a side effect of the lyrica. I remember certain muscles of my face twitching while i was on it. I weaned myself off it but might want to ask your doctor about it. Good luck.

i was thinking if its worriesome, then a visit to a good neurologist would be the proper response, then a second opinion.......IMO
