Firstly the bullet is brand new so it will be hard to get any solid reports on how it goes and how it is different to the old prasch.
When you say Downhill Racing do you mean actual downhill races or SL, GS and or SG as well?
Fair to say that the Nissin as been popular for the last couple of years, with a mix of scarvers and prasch but the new HOC is getting great reviews also.
At the end of the day it is best to try them if you can as different people like different rigs but either of the the two you suggest will be great.

I second Qman's suggestion to also look at the Team HOC Ski. http://www.teamhoc.com/
Nissin is another option but not all that easy to find for some. Not sure who would sell them in Europe.

I know you didn't mention the Nissin but it's worth having an idea on everything out there. I'm in Australia and sourced my Nissin direct from Nissin in Japan It's about 2 months build time. PM me if you would like a contact email for someone there who speeks English.

Check out the HOC (Hands On Concepts) sit ski. It's a brand new ski but it's designed by an amazing team of people down in San Diego and definitely is something to look into if you're looking at skis like the Prasch or Nissin as well. I've just started using a Revolution Pro Comp SS from Freedom Factory which is apparently a ski for racing (not what I'm using it for at all) so that might be worth looking into as well. Don't discount the American ski makers

TESSIER Scarver vs PRASCHBERGER Bullet...
Hello everyone,
My name is Thomas, and I am a rookie of the monoski. I started this year in Folgaria (Trento - Italy), but because of cost problems I did just a few lessons, mainly with the dual; in fact, after a tiring afternoon with the mono, I had to pass to the dual again to regain confidence.
Apart from the introductory section, I am absolutely sure of buying a brand new mono by the end of June/mid July. Can you please give me any advice to choose between the two devices in question, adding the pros and cons of each of them? Obviously any other suggestion (including different brands) is welcomed, as I only got to know these two devices thanks to the present forum.
"I forgot" to tell you that I have legs paralysis, a calf atrophy (about 90%) and pelvis loose, but I can walk with knee braces, and outdoor I usually use the classic crutches.
Thank you very much,
Thomas
