SCI Total Fitness is designed to promote health and wellness for people with spinal cord injuries. Founded by a physical therapist who recognized the limitations of the current health care system on the care provided to this population, SCI Total Fitness can work with individuals of any level of injury toward their unique personal goals. SCI Total Fitness is designed to empower individuals with spinal cord injuries to take control of their wellbeing and improve quality of life, whether by increasing independence, improving performance, decreasing pain, or losing weight.

Weight Loss
A 12 week guided program specifically designed for spinal cord injury will educate you about making healthier choices when it comes to diet, as well as incorporating regular exercise into your lifestyle. Weekly meetings can be scheduled to keep you on track toward weight loss goals. If followed as designed, this program can also decrease your risk for cardiovascular diseases (such as diabetes and heart disease.)
The program can be tailored to meet your personal needs. Consulting is offered in person, or over the phone via audio or video conferencing. Included with the program, are a workbook and a DVD to follow a progression of improving your overall wellbeing.
