when I am laying down I get body spasms....but if I sit on the side of the bed until I am tired, I sleep and my body has no spasms...if my husband lays down, my body will go into full spasms.....then I sleep again very still....and I have no spasms until I move my muscles in the morning....this is a very weird injury,,,,,,I do not know if I will ever get use to the way every day is so different......The only thing that remains the same is the pain....it is ever present
