Does anyone suffer spasms more when its hot weather? Mine have been terrible these last few days, arms, hand, legs, bum. My hand and fingers got so bad I couldnt control my mouse at work which was a bit awkward and makes me feel stupid!!!! I know its the heat as its happened before I just wondered if nyone else experienced this?

Cheers

Hi,

The only time I get spasms due to temperature is when it cold.

Is there a cold draught from air conditioning blowing on your legs or somewhere at work?

Are you sure it's the heat?

Are you wearing different clothes, maybe a skirt with lots of creases in it are aggrevating your spasms?

Sandles, could be putting different pressure points on your feet?

Simon.

i find that i get spasms when its hot but thats because i get lazy and dont drink enough water. If your sweating a lot it can upset your electrolyte balance (specifically calcium and potassium) which will giove anyone spasms chair or not.

hope that helped:)

I just had a Baclofen Pump installed. Now I'M in control of my body not the other way around. No sleepeze from the oral med. I cannot believe what a diference it has made.
