Hey my name is Joe from Eagle, ID. I'm a new T-4. I was injured over in Iraq I was a a
gunner on an M1-A1 tank for the Marine Corps. I was wondering if there is a way to hide
the round belly., now that my stomach muscles decided to let my six pack turn sour.
I know its a vain thing to worry about but it realy bothers me. Thanks for your help.

I used to wear an abdominal binder, but had problems with it rolling up and cutting into my skin. My mom had the bright idea of putting one of her girdles on me. PROBLEM SOLVED! Hides pertruding belly, and helps regulate my blood pressure. She soon after, she bought me one of my own (without the crotch area) from JCPenny. It's works great, but I'd probably die first b4 I would purchase it myself. Women R cool!!

jlo,

Im a T6 and i had the same problem, there is nothing you can do to hide it apart from wearing a binder.... Though keeping healthy and doing plenty of exercise can keep it down to a mimimum. I do lots of exercise and latley you could hardley even tell i have a belly under my shirt.
Cheers

Marcel
