Hello, I am brand new to the world of s.c.I. I broke my back july 4th riding my mountain bike in a downhill race. I was a super active 15 year old kid now I plan on being the same active 15 year old kid. I am going down in January to California to ski with Bill Bowness and John Davis I am supper exited. I haven't quite got this site figured out so sorry if I am no good at it. But I got some questions has anyone used as sit ski on a t-bar if so how is it done?also what kind of stuff can I do so I am ready for January? My main goal is winter olympics 2014. Thank you
L

Sitskis on T-bar, no issue. You have a quick release sling from each side of your bucket it hooks over the t-bar at the top you pull the release on the side of your chair and off you go.

You might be looking at the olympics after 2014 to compete, you have to do so many seasons on the nation and international racing circuit to qualify you for a place and get yourself a rating (ive just been asking simular questions) but good luck

Hay Man,

I don't know anything about sit skis but if your a mountain biker you should be checking out the R-One. just type that into a youtube search and get ready to start salivating..

Cheers,
J
Out of the gloom a voice said unto me, "Smile and be happy, things could be worse." So I smiled and was happy and behold things did get worse.

Hey man - I've been skiing for a decade now and LOVE it. Saddest part of my year is when the snow melts lol.

Did you get to ski with Bill and John? How was it?
