scooters dont work on the beach,,, what does ??

i live in wales and my partner is moving down here, the problem is that he has one wheelchair that hes had for 17 yrs, but we are looking into chairs that can go on the beaches without getting stuck.
a freind of mine had a teraine chair and he could go anywhere,,,
WHERE CAN I GET ONE OF THESE..
Back to Mobility : Wheelchairs, Scooters & Adapted Cars etc.
