My friend is going out to buy boots today. He usually wears sneakers but the cold winters in New England really require warm boots. I showed him the thread on Uggs and he said he would go barefoot before wearing them - LOL! Guess some men are not as comfortable wearing them like Tom Brady!
Anyways - I was at Ocean State Job Lot the other day and saw these packets of hand and feet warmers for sale. You unwrap them and you can put them in your gloves and shoes and they are supposed to keep your feet and hands toasty for up to 8 hours. Has anyone ever used them? Can you get burned when using them? I was thinking they might be good to put in the bottoms of his boots. Maybe over his sox instead of in them and next to his skin (just in case you can get burned).
Thoughts? Comments? I would appreciate any insight you have.
Thanks so much!
Maria
