my wheelchair broke

i was in the room this morning when i had a fall.. i was going backwards when my left tire popped outed it wasn't all the way in, i got three will action. but once i got seattled on the floor i notice my left wheelie guard had broke off so now i have only one... is it maybe time for a new chair???????only had it year in 1/2
