Hi
My brother-in-law has a mannual evcuation every day ,and i have noticed a flap of skin,right near the entrance to the bowel.Has anybody got any idea's what this could be THANKS

Hi. That sounds like an anal feasher (cant think how you spell it) Its when you get a tear or split in the anal entrance. probably caused from the manual evacuation,long nails etc. Did he by anychance have stronger spasms. if not he could have done that a long time ago. Hope this helps. :licklips:

thanks for replying .Today his had quite a few spasms i put it down to him having too much beer last night :scooter: I have been advised to try witch hazel ,so i am going to try that before going to the docs .thanks again

could be hemhorroids too, they're the external hemhorroids and yeah they happen with frequent manual stimulation
